- Airborne Dedicated Server Delayed & Patch Readme Files
15th September 2007 - Hal
- Blackhat has announced that the first Airborne patch with the dedicated server will be delayed by week or so from the initial September 17th release date:
- So the current status of the Dedicated Server and Patch is that it’s still in clearance. I don’t think it’ll be out by next week as we’d hoped, but instead some time the week after. We want to get it to you as soon as we can, but we also want to make sure it’s working as expected. What I do have for you going into this weekend are the readme files for the patch and the dedicated server. I’m sure there are some things you wanted in this patch that you won’t see on the list, but that doesn’t mean we’ve dropped them. Much of this patch was started before we even shipped the game. We still have a list of items we’re pursuing based on your feedback, and I will get you more information on those as soon as it’s available. The focus for this patch was getting dedicated server functionality up and running.

- Upgrade & Downtime
13th September 2007 - Hal
- There was some intermittent downtime this past hour due to a few unforeseen problems I encountered while upgrading MediaWiki to version 1.11.0. The upgrade is finished and everything should be working fine again now.
- MoHWiki Launched!
8th September 2007 - Hal
- Welcome to MoHWiki! I am delighted to be able to launch the site into a public beta today after working on setting it up on and off for many months.
- A Wiki is of little use without content, and that is where you come in. If you have some knowledge of a game in the Medal of Honor series, and some community spirit, you can start an article or contribute to an existing one. For example, if you know about Weapon Modding you could start an article on the subject.
- If you are unfamiliar with editing Wikis, have a look at the Wikipedia article on the subject, as the MoHWiki help pages have not been written yet. The Editing Cheatsheet will probably be useful also. Just remember that you can't break anything, so don't worry about screwing something up. Nothing can be deleted by mistake; all changes are reversible, so don't hesitate to dive in!
- Because the site is still very new there will be bugs to squash. Please add details of any bugs you find on the Beta page. You can also get there by clicking on the dog-tag at the top right. If you have any questions, ideas, or suggestions for the site, you can put them in the Community Portal.
- Thanks for stopping by. :)
